This has been one of our best selling drip coffee makers for years. It has just the right number of features and functions that both make sense and work well. Plus it looks beautiful and classically stylish on your counter. Most importantly, it makes a really good tasting cup of coffee! Part of the reason is because the design "showers" your ground coffee with water, which makes for a more even extraction, which translates to less bitterness.
One of the features our customers report liking the best on the Cuisinart Brew Central Programmable 12-Cup Coffeemaker is the adjustable heater plate settings. If you drink your coffee black, you can set it to "low", but if you usually add milk out of the refrigerator, you can set the heat to "high" and your cup won't cool down so quickly. Nice!
