If Caspian Sea Sevruga caviar is your favorite, then DeScietra Siberian - small, elegant, charcoal-gray grains with a smooth, light flavor, low salt, and a creamy texture - might be your new favorite. In Germany, the Ascipenser baerii sturgeon are farmed in one of the world's first closed-water recirculatory facilities, and the fish are fed a natural diet of mostly protein and no additives. DeScietra Siberian caviar are darker in color, but very similar in flavor and texture to Sevruga. A lovely and delicate indulgence.
