In Germany, the Ascipenser baerii sturgeon are farmed in one of the world's first closed-water recirculatory facilities, and the fish are fed a natural diet of mostly protein and no additives. DeScietra Siberian caviar are darker in color, but very similar in flavor and texture to Sevruga. A lovely and delicate indulgence.
