This traditional English farmhouse Cheddar is made in 56-pound wheels and is aged in cheesecloth, rather than wax or plastic, giving it a distinct sharpness without the biting acidity found in most other Cheddars. Made with raw cow's milk and aged for 10-18 months, Keen's has an intense complexity and a delightful earthiness. One of the finest cheeses coming from the British Isles. Approximate weight 8oz.
