The Lello Electric Pasta Maker is a sturdy, reliable, reasonably-priced machine that will produce excellent fresh pasta, performing all mixing, kneading, and extruding functions. Just place the required amounts of your ingredients in the bowl, follow the easy directions, and in about 20 minutes you will have about two pounds of fabulous fresh pasta. It cooks in a flash and is highly likely to be miles better than what you can get in the grocery store.
There are lots of recipes included for many kinds of pasta and sauces. The classic egg, egg-free, semolina, spinach and whole wheat pastas are there, plus many other recipes for more exotic dishes such as buckwheat noodles, cookies, and even papadums. It comes with 6 discs which will make capellini/angel hair, spaghetti, linguini, small fettuccini, maccheroni, and cookies.
