Londonderry, Vermont's Taylor Farm makes this smooth, smoky Gouda from raw cow milk, and smokes the wheels with the wood of Vermont Maple trees. Each wheel is covered with brown wax, and the paste is light caramel-colored. Melt over your favorite sliced ham or turkey for a sandwich that can't be beat. Approximate weight 8oz.
