Since 1812, Beretta has made fine salami, Parma ham, and other meaty treats, in a handful of plants across Italy. In 1997, all that Old World tradition made the big leap across the Atlantic, when Beretta opened an additional facility in New Jersey. Now it's even easier to enjoy their fine products. Milano Salami, very popular in Italy, is one of Beretta's milder sausages. This pork sausage, seasoned with wine and garlic, has less of a peppery flavor than most - but don't worry, it's not bland. This one goes nicely with Young Pecorino Toscano and grilled artichokes. Minimum weight 9oz.
