This one was created by the venerable cheesemaker Robert Rouzaire, and is named for himself and his friend Pierre, thus eternally honoring their friendship by linking it to a decadent cheese-eating experience. Buttery, rich and soft, whith a little salty tan on the finish provided by the bloomy rind. Serve with the sweetest fruits you can find and have a delightful dessert. Pasteurized, from Ile-de Fance.
