While most pay attention to the lead singer or guitarist, the bass player toils in the background, giving a song extra depth and making it more interesting. Similarly, this creamy blue is tangy and fruity, and on its own would be just fine, but with the light smokiness something new and exciting happens, and the combo is perfect. Made of raw cow's milk in Oregon, smoked over hazelnut shells. Suitable for vegetarians.
