In the Pacific Northwest, Sterling's farm-raised white sturgeon swim in clean, fresh water, in above-ground beds. Sterling processes their caviar according to traditional Russian methods - this caviar is similar to Caspian Sea Osetra. The pearls are shiny, gray, and uniform in size. Expect a creamy, buttery, nutty taste, with a hint of ocean air, and that "pop" you've been craving. Available sizes: 1 3/4oz., 4 3/8oz., 8 3/4oz., or 17.6oz.
