Sterling Farmed White Sturgeon Caviar

In the Pacific Northwest, Sterling's farm-raised white sturgeon swim in clean, fresh water, in above-ground beds. Sterling processes their caviar according to traditional Russian methods. Farm-raised sturgeon produce rich, nutty, briny little eggs, reminiscent of Caspian Osetra. The pearls are shiny, gray, and uniform in size. Expect a creamy, buttery, nutty taste, with a hint of ocean air.
