Theft is the sincerest form of flattery, or something like that... This raw cows' milk cheese is gentle and mildly gamy, tasting lightly smoky, nutty, sweet, savory, and fruity. Whole grain bread and bread-n-butter pickles pair nicely with this Alpine favorite. Kosher. Approximate weight 7oz.
