St. Arnoux - A smooth and smoky french cheese with a mild-Swiss flavor. Great for grilled cheese. Pere Joseph - from Belgium. So mild it is often served for breakfast. Etorki - A gentle nutty cheese inspired by the famous Ossau-Iraty. Serve it with fresh fruit or raw veggies. Contains approximately 2 lbs of cheese (approximately 8 oz of each cheese).
