While the flowers may have made Dorothy sleep, the seeds won't do that to you. They will have no soporific effect on your homemade lemon cake, bagels, rolls, or salad dressing. The little blue-gray seeds have a mild nutty flavor, but they are added to foods mostly for flavor and texture. Ours are Dutch Blue from the Netherlands. 2.75 oz
