Not to get nit-picky, but Pink Peppercorns aren't really peppercorns - they are not berries from the pepper plant. No matter, we still like them for the color and slight sweetness they give to a dish. Place a few whole pink peppercorns in a bottle of vinegar, or make your own Rainbow Pepper blend. Ours are grown on Reunion Island in the Indian Ocean. (Kosher) 1.25oz
