1)What is Z-peat Auto Ship?
Z-peat Auto Ship is a service we developed for you, so that you'll never be left without your favorite New York flavors. The program is flexible so that you can fit it to your lifestyle – bagels to the office every Friday, fresh roasted coffee beans every other week to your home, or perhaps a babka once every other month to a friend outside of the city. You tell us what items and how often you would like them shipped when you are checking out on Zabar's, then we ship you your favorite Zabar's items automatically. The best part is that you save with each Auto Ship order!
You always have complete control over your Auto Ship orders, and we send you order reminder emails ten days before we place Z-peat Auto Ship orders. You can change your delivery frequency and quantity in the 'My Z-peat Auto Ship' account section of our site. Changes to orders can be made anytime within 24 hours of the next scheduled shipment date, and you can cancel at any time.
2) How do I join Z-peat Auto Ship?
Joining Z-peat Auto Ship is easy; it can be done while browsing on the eligible product pages or while reviewing eligible items in the shopping cart. To join, simply select the Z-peat Auto Ship option for your desired Zabar's products, select your preferred shipment frequency, and check out as usual.
3) What will happen after I join Z-peat Auto Ship?
After you join Z-peat Auto Ship service, you will receive an email confirming your subscription. This email will include a link to access 'My Z-peat Auto Ship' where you can manage your future orders, add or remove items, and modify Z-peat Auto Ship account information.
We ship your Z-peat Auto Ship orders automatically according to your selected frequency. You will only be billed for a shipment on the day the order is shipped. Prior to each Z-peat Auto Ship shipment, we will send you an email reminder. You will also receive email notifications regarding other important information related to your Z-peat Auto Ship account, such as confirmation of order placement, notice of unavailability of a product, and notice of any changes you make to your subscription.
4) How do I make changes to My Z-peat Auto Ship shipments?
Once you've joined, Z-peat Auto Ship is easy to manage. You can change your next shipment date, skip a shipment, change your selected frequency, or cancel a subscription, by visiting 'My Z-peat Auto Ship' located under 'My Account'. Please allow up to 24 hours for modifications or cancellations to be processed.
• To change your next shipment date, please visit 'My Z-peat Auto Ship' section within your account and click the 'Send Now' button to the right of the next shipment date to send the shipment for processing within 1 business day, or click the 'Change Date' button, then select a new date for your shipment. This will change the shipment date for the next and future orders.
• To skip a Z-peat Auto Ship shipment, please visit the 'My Z-peat Auto Ship' section within your account and click the 'Skip Order' button to the right of the upcoming order date to skip the entire shipment.
• To modify the shipment frequency for a Z-peat Auto Ship subscription item, please visit the 'My Z-peat Auto Ship' section within your account. The current delivery frequency is displayed next to each z-peat subscription item in a dropdown menu next to 'Every'. To change the delivery frequency for an individual z-peat subscription item, simply click the frequency dropdown next to the item you would like to modify and select your next desired frequency from the dropdown menu.
• To cancel, please visit the 'My Z-peat Auto Ship’ section within your account and click the 'Cancel Subscription' link to the right of the item you wish to cancel. You'll be prompted to confirm this action and indicate your reason for cancelling. Once you've selected a cancel reason and clicked the 'Cancel Subscription' button, your subscription will be cancelled and no future orders will be placed. You will receive an email notification confirming this action.
• To pause a Z-peat Auto Ship subscription item, please visit the 'My Z-peat Auto Ship' section within your account and click the ''Pause Subscription' link to the right of the item you wish to pause. You'll be prompted to select a shipment resume date. Once you've selected the date and clicked the 'Pause Subscription' button, your subscription will be paused and will resume shipment on the date that you selected.
Please allow up to 24 hours for any modifications or cancellations to be processed.
5) How do I make changes to My Z-peat Auto Ship account's information?
To review or modify your Z-peat account information, visit 'My Z-peat Auto Ship' located within your account.
• To change your shipping address for an order, click the 'Edit' link located directly below the current shipping information. Select a previous shipping address from the dropdown menu or create a new one to add to your account. This address will apply to all z-peat subscriptions and future orders unless otherwise noted.
• To change your billing address for an order, click the 'Edit' link located directly below the current billing information. This will open a new page where you can add new payment information. This billing information will apply to all z-peat subscriptions and future orders.
Please remember to press 'Save Changes' and verify that your updated information saved successfully.
6)How do I view my future deliveries?
Your very next scheduled orders will be listed in the 'My Z-peat Auto Ship' section of 'My Account'.
7)How do I combine items to be in the same order?
Z-peat subscription items that have the same order date, shipping address, billing address and payment method will ship as one order. If you have more than one Z-peat subscription item and want the items to ship in the same order, simply visit 'My Z-peat Auto Ship' section of your account and change the next shipment dates to be the same. Also, confirm the orders are going to the same shipping address and have the same billing address and payment method.
8) Can I add items to my next Z-peat shipment?
Yes! You can add eligible items to your next Z-peat Shipment. Visit 'My Z-peat Auto Ship' section of your account. Click on 'Shop Now' button next to 'Need something else?' right under your upcoming shipment details. It will bring you to the list of categories with items that can be added to your upcoming shipment. Visit a category you would like to browse. Select the item you wish to add to your upcoming z-peat shipment. On the item page find the 'Add this to my Z-peat Shipment on:' button. When you click this button, you will have the option to add the item as one time only or, if eligible, as a Z-peat Subscription item.
9) What types of payment are accepted for Z-peat Auto Ship orders?
All Z-peat Auto Ship orders require a credit card payment. Alternative payment forms, such as debit card or PayPal, cannot be accepted.
