Milano Salami, very popular in Italy, is one of Beretta's milder sausages. This pork sausage, seasoned with wine and garlic, has less of a peppery flavor than most - but don't worry, it's not bland. This one goes nicely with Young Pecorino Toscano and grilled artichokes.
