Conservas Serrats White Tuna in Olive Oil w/Piquillo Peppers
Not the tasteless tin-can stuff swimming in too much water, waiting for mayonnaise - although we're sure this white tuna would make a fine sandwich. We like this fish crumbled atop a salad (especially Salade Nicoise) or tossed with olive oil, basil, anchovy, and garlic for a superb pasta sauce. Packed in olive oil for maximum flavor retention.
