Esprit Du Sel salts are harvested from specially-designated, un-polluted waters surrounding the historic Island of Re where sea salt has been collected since the VII century. Made with earthy Sel Gris (grey sea salt) and combined with fragrant herbs de Provence, Esprit Du Sel's aromatic salt with Herbs de Provence should be used as rubs for meats before grilling, to season cooking water, fish, seafood, salad greens, roasted vegetables and legumes.
