French Madrigal

Madrigal is a semi-hard pasteurized cow’s milk cheese from France, aged for a minimum of 8 weeks. The taste is distinctively Sweet and nutty very similar to an Emmental. Madrigal pairs well with fruity red and white wine. Perfect for fondue and grilled cheeses. This versatile cheese works beautifully on a cheeseboard also.
