\n Today, we’re thinking about Saul Zabar, one year after his passing.\r\n
\r\nFor so many of us, Saul is still part of the everyday rhythm of Zabar’s. In the smell of coffee roasting, in the energy of the store and in the traditions he cared so deeply about.\r\n
\r\nCoffee was one of Saul’s great loves. He had an extraordinary sense for it and a passion for getting every roast just right. Saul looked for the little details that made a cup of coffee special. Every Tuesday, that tradition continues as our fresh roast arrives at the store, filling the air with one of the most familiar Zabar’s aromas.\r\n
\r\nWe created Saul’s Blend Coffee Candle with that feeling in mind. It captures the warm, rich scent of freshly roasted coffee, a small reminder of Saul and the mark he left on this place we all love.\r\n
\r\nWe miss him, and we’re grateful for the traditions he gave us to carry forward.\r\n
