Description
Semi-soft and mild, it is a good choice for those who do not like strongly flavored cheeses. Made of pasteurized cow's milk; coated in a bright orange rind. Originated in the Loire Valley, in a Trappist monastery in the Brittany region of France, during the middle of the 19th century. Age for 3-6 weeks.
