Description
Full bodied and refreshing, created just for cold brew coffee. Order grind #9 for true cold brew coffee or the grind of your choice for making iced coffee. This blend makes the perfect cup of crisp and rich cold brew, not watery and bitter. Limited Edition!
COLD BREWING INSTRUCTIONS 1 cup coarsely ground coffee
3 cups water in a large jar/ pitcher or French press
To create COFFEE CONCENTRATE Combine ground coffee with 1 cup water and stir to saturate the grinds completely. Add remaining water and stir.
Refrigerate for at least 12 hours and up to 24 hours. Our recommendation is 18-20 hours, but that's all up to personal taste.
Once steeped, pour coffee through a strainer or cheesecloth. We recommend using a French press - one simple gadget for the entire process.
Once strained, the results are the COFFEE CONCENTRATE.
To prepare COLD BREW COFFEE
Combine 1 part Coffee Concentrate to 2 parts cold fresh water. Adjust ratios to your preferences. Pour over ice, add your favorite milk or syrups and enjoy!
