Grafton Village One-Year Aged Cheddar - 9oz

There really is no substitute for Vermont cheddar. This one is made by the Grafton Village Cheese Company, part of the philanthropic organization The Windham Foundation. All Grafton's fine cheddars are made from local Jersey cow milk, all r-BGH-free. The one-year-aged is full-flavored and sharp, but not too sharp. Kids of all ages love it on its own, on sandwiches and burgers, or, for a real Vermont treat, sliced on top of fresh-baked apple pie. Suitable for vegetarians. Cheese is encased in wax and weighs approximately 9oz.
